Sessions typically last 60-90 minutes depending on the number of subjects and outfit changes. Certificate holders receive 30-minute priority sessions with limited customization options.
Do you offer location shoots?
Yes, we offer on-location photography at approved sites within Greenwood County. Additional travel fees apply for locations outside our standard service area in the Southeastern US.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48-hour advance notice for session rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice will result in forfeiture of deposit. Certificate sessions require 72-hour cancellation notice.
How do you handle client preferences?
We provide detailed style guides and pre-session consultations to understand your vision. Clients receive proofs for review and may request up to three revisions before final print production.
