The soft, wrinkly skin of a newborn, the budding bellies that are growing them, and their first hours after being born are the some of the sweetest moments.
Their joyous laughter as they grow and become older siblings, everything.

Made of gorgeous archival materials, each product is meant to be displayed on your wall, a shelf, or on your coffee table.
Professional archival prints are available from the smallest wallet size up to a gorgeous large 3040 print.
Standard sizes are available but even custom sized images to fit those old frames are available!
The photo paper is archival meaning that it has a standard archival value of 100 years for in home display; 200 years in dark storage.

Sami is an outstanding photographer and newborn wrangler!
She handled 3 sleep deprived adults and sleepy newborn with kindness and poise.
Sami did not mind the inconveniences of working with a newborn (lots of poops, eating breaks, ect) and even drove me to heat up a bottle of breast milk when I needed.
During the shoot, all of our requests were taken into account, from our desire to include our (very large) dog, to our personal style and tastes.
We had photos taken both for sentimental value and for a birth announcement in Georgia Tech's alumni magazine; I highly recommend Sami for an Alum photo-shoot because she was able to coordinate the Tech theme with our son without it seeming gimmicky.

All portrait sessions (except studio sessions or fresh 48 hospital sessions) are photographed in the evening about 1 hour before sunset for optimal lighting - the time frame of this will depend upon the season and the sun.
We will discuss this more in detail when we book your session.
With maternity sessions, the actual time-frame that this session takes place during a pregnancy depends on the mother's preference.
Some moma's love to book earlier or later depending on how comfortable they feel, how easy it is to move, and yes, some even book so they can wear a certain outfit.
