What areas do you photograph in?
Primarily Blue Ridge Mountains and surrounding areas including Mineral Bluff, Old Toccoa Farm, and The Aska Adventure Area. Travel fees apply beyond Blue Ridge region.
How far in advance should I book?
Typically 4-5 months ahead. Peak seasons and weekends book faster, sometimes up to a year in advance. Last-minute availability occasionally occurs.
What's included in the session fee?
Time with photographer, location guidance, online gallery with 15-60 edited images depending on package, and print release rights. Additional products sold separately.
Can we include extended family?
Yes! Family sessions accommodate up to 40 people. Additional fees apply for groups beyond 15 participants. Custom options available for large family reunions.
What if we need rescheduling?
Nonrefundable payments are transferrable within 12 months. Must notify at least 30 days before scheduled session. Limited flexibility for rescheduling during peak seasons.
How long for photo delivery?
Standard turnaround is 4 weeks. Expedited 5-day delivery available for $299. Album production and shipping require additional time beyond gallery delivery.
