You know us as wedding photographers, newborn photographers, and family photographers. After 5 years and a cross-country move to Albuquerque, New Mexico, Mintwood is setting weddings aside. The most popular time of year for family photos is here! We love this season. This year I'll be offering two destination shoots-Jemez, NM and Sandia Crest- as well as weeknight opportunities for locations around Albuquerque including the all time favorites: the Bosque and foothills.

I get it, how often do we take professional photos, right?
Probably not often since selfies don't count, so it's natural to have a feeling of uncertainty in the beginning.
When I begin an engagement session, I let the couple know a few things up front about what to expect in order make them relax, and while it may take a few minutes to get into the swing of things, we always get to the point where their true personalities come alive!
90 minutes of photos with up to 2 locations and outfit changes.
