Where are you based and what are your consultation hours?
We operate from Fresno, CA with a physical studio at 1901 Fulton #109. Consultations are by appointment only.
How far in advance should we book your services?
We recommend booking 6-14 months in advance, though Saturday weddings often book a year ahead. Last-minute bookings are possible for weekday adventures.
Do you offer travel services for destination weddings?
We travel extensively for weddings and adventures. We minimize travel fees within California and can accommodate international destinations like Turkey or Paris.
What's included in your photography packages?
All packages include two photographers, high-resolution edited images, and personal use rights. We offer various coverage options tailored to your event's needs.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations incur a $2,500 fee if no engagement photos were taken. No refunds are available within 60 days of the event date. Studio credit may be offered for early cancellations.
