After shooting portraits, events, & commercial projects in Los Angeles, California for over 16 years, I have now moved back to my home turf of Kansas City! I am thrilled to return to the land that I grew up in, raise my family here, and bring my distinct style of portraiture to the Kansas City area. Whether I'm shooting headshots for individuals, children's and family portraits, or a bride and groom on their wedding day - each shoot is new adventure that is infused with real CONNECTION.
Oftentimes after my clients' sessions, they comment on how much fun it all was; that it was easier than they expected. I think that's the whole idea. My approach to portraiture is very laid back - nothing rushed. Nothing too posed, or formal. We'll go to a lovely location, find (or I'll create) some really nice light, relax and have a great time. Things tend to work out pretty well that way.

Expert retouching (to really give your images the WOW factor - contrast, color, tone, skin, eyes, teeth - all are adjusted so that your images reach look their very best - and yet still look natural!).
Consultation before the shoot so that we can get a feel for each other's personalities, and also we may begin discussing wardrobe and styling options.
A digital download (or hard copy CD) of your high resolution files, containing approximately 40-60 choice images per look, in full resolution.
